Ingredients
- 4 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
- ¾ cup water
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium sauce pan.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cover and reduce heat to low and simmer for twenty minutes.
- With immersion blender, blend applesauce until smooth.
- Serve warm or cold.
