Double Reese’s Cup Fudge

  • 16 rough chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups for inside the fudge
  • 8 rough chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups for top of the fudge
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp shortening, to grease the pan

  1. Liberally grease an 8x8 inch pan with 1/2 tbsp shortening. Set aside.
  2. Using a saucepan, over medium heat, melt the peanut butter, chocolate chips and 1/2 tbsp shortening.
  3. Take the pan off the heat and add in the can of sweetened condensed milk, stir to combine.
  4. Allow this mixture to cool for 3-5 minutes, then add the 16 rough chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. Combine.
  5. Pour the mixture into the baking pan.
  6. Add the 8 rough topped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups on top, slightly pressing them into the fudge.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or until set.
  8. Cut into squares and enjoy.
