- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp Rodelle pure vanilla extract
- 3 large bananas, very ripe
- 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
FOR THE WHIPPED CREAM FROSTING:
- 3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cup powdered sugar
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed
FOR THE FILLING AND GARNISH:
- 2 cup fresh, sliced strawberries
- 2 cup fresh, sliced pineapple
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 2 Tbsp chocolate syrup
- maraschino cherries
