For Cole Slaw
- 3 cups shredded cabbage
- ¼ cup buttermilk
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
For Sliders
- 10 store bought slider buns,
- 2 to 3 med tomatoes, sliced thinly
- ½ cup blue cheese
- baby arugula
