Crab Cake Sliders with Homemade Coleslaw

Ingredients
For Crab cakes
  • 8 oz (230 g) canned crab
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped finely
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 2 oz (60 g) crackers
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 egg
For Cole Slaw
  • 3 cups shredded cabbage
  • ¼ cup buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste
For Sliders
  • 10 store bought slider buns,
  • 2 to 3 med tomatoes, sliced thinly
  • ½ cup blue cheese
  • baby arugula
