Ingrediants:
Chicken-1 cup cooked and shredded
Carrot- ½ cup grated
Cabbage- ½ cup grated
Coriander leaves-2 tblspn chopped
Onion-1 chopped finely
Green chilli-1 chopped
Garlic-2 cloves minced
Lemon juice-1 tblspn
Salt to taste
Pepper-to taste
Mayonnaise- ¾ cup
Bread
Method:
In a mixing bowl add chicken,carrot,cabbage,chilli,garlic,coriander leaves,onion,lemon juice,salt and pepper....
Add mayonnaise with this and mix well.Place this in centre of bread and sandwich it with the other slice.
Cut into wedges and serve..
